A man of mass 50kg climbs up 30 steps of stair in 30s.if each step is 20cm high, calculate the power used in climbing the stairs.(g=10m/s2)

given values are

mass = 50kg=50000g

number of steps=30

length of 1 step=20cm

length of 30 steps=20*30=600cm=600*0.01=6m

Time=30s g:(10m/ s2)

solution

formula: p=w/t =F.d/t=ma.d/t

by putting the values

=(50000)(10)(6)/30

= 100000 J

this is the required answer
