Heya folk !!
Here's the answer you are looking for
Well, I guess it must be 'each step' in place of 'its type'
So, here's your answer ↓↓↓
Power = Work done/time
And Work done = Energy
In this case, Work done = Potential energy (as work is done against gravity)
So, W = U = mgh
where,
m = 60kg
g ≈ 10m/s²
& h = Height of 30 steps
= 30 × 21cm
= 6.3m
From this we get, U = 60 × 10 × 6.3 = 3,780J
So,
☛ power (P) = 3780J / 15sec
= 252 J/s = 252Watt

Hey!

NOTE-:
m= mass
g= gravity due to Acceleration
P= Power
t= time taken
We= Work done
Now,
m= 60kg
g= 9.8 m/s
Number of steps= 30
Height of 1 step= 21 cm
Height of 30 steps= 30×21= 630 cm = 6.3 m
Time taken to climb 30 steps= 15s
Work done= F×s
W= m×g×s
W= 60×9.8×6.3
W= 3,704.4
Power= Work done/time
P=246.96 W
