Explanation:

Given that,

Mass of both persons, m₁ = m₂ = 80 kg

Time taken by person 1, t₁ = 15 s

Time taken by person 1, t₂ = 20 s

The power developed by the person is given by :

P=\dfrac{W}{t}

W = work done by the person

As work done by both objects re same. So,

\dfrac{P_1}{P_2}=\dfrac{t_2}{t_1}

\dfrac{P_1}{P_2}=\dfrac{20}{15}

\dfrac{P_1}{P_2}=\dfrac{4}{3}

So, the power developed by both persons are in the ratio of 4 : 3. Hence, this is the required solution.
