Original Bill = 8 + x

2x : 4
new bill = 2x + 4
According to question,
∴ 3(8 + x) = 2(2x + 4)
=> 24 + 3x = 4x + 8
x = 16
∴ Brown pairs = 16
Black pairs = 4
