3 months =$ 7500
1 month =$ 7500 ➗ 3
=$ 2500

the year year consists 12 months
therefore,
$ 2500 multiplies by 12= $ 30,000

he has to pay 30,000 for the whole year.

In 3 months man has to pay his rent =$ 7500
in 1 months man rents was =$7500÷3= $2500
the year consists of 12 months
therefore,
$2500×12=30, 000
then man has to pay his rent in whole year is 30,000
