CP of rice sold at a profit=3/4 of 500

                                           =Rs 375

SP of 3/4 of rice=375+5% of 375

                         =375+5/100 * 375

                         =375+18.75

                         =393.75

SP of 1/4 of the rice which is left=125+10/100*125

                                                    =125+12.50

                                                    =137.50

total amount earned by selling the rice=393.75+137.50

                                                                =531.25

profit=531.25-500

        =31.25

profit%=(31.25/500)*100

          =6.25%
