1 hectare= 10,000m sq
1.5 hectare=15000m sq
man purchase 1 hectare from 1.5 hectare
= 1.5-1 hectare
=0.5 hectare
= 5000m sq

Gain = SP-CP
gain = rs (95000-75000)
gain=rs20,000
