A man purchases two clocks A and B at a total cost of 1950. He sells clock A at a
profit of 20% and clock B at a loss of 25% and gets the Same selling price prices for both the clocks
. Find the cost price of each one of the two clocks.

and. 1950-x

Xx120/100=(1950-x)75 / 100

multiply by loo

120x = (1950-x) 75

120x=146250-75x

195x=146250

x = 750. cp of.Ist clock

1950-x = 1200. CP of 2nd clock
