b) Rs 250 and rs 400
SOLUTION:
let CP of A and B be x and y respectively
given , x+y = 650
=> y= 650 -x
SP of A = x+ 20/100 * x
= 6x/5
SP of B = (650-x)-25/100*(650-x)
=(2600-4x -650+ x)/4
given SP of A = SP of B
=> 6x/5 = (2690-4x-650+x)/4
24x = 9750-15x
x= 250
CP of A = x = rs 250
CP of B = y = 650-x= 400
