                         \huge\boxed{ANSWERE}

mass of the truck ,m = 5tonn = 5×10³ = 5000

Force Fext = 400N

Resistance to motion is 60N per tonn

so

for 5tonn it is = 5×60= 300N

we know that

                \boxed{Fnet = Fext - Fres}

400 -300 = 100N

Now

Accelaration of truck , a =Fnet/m

a = 100/5000 = 0.02

initial velocity of truck ,u = 0m/s²

final velocity of truck ,v =30 sec

we know that

v=at                as (a= v-u/t)

v =0.02 × 30 =         \huge\boxed{ 0.6m/sec}
