Work done in both the cases will be same
Because the work done in either of the cases will be , increase in the potential energy
And we know that potential energy do not depend on time.
Work done = m× g × h
= 50 × 2 × 9.8
= 980 J

Explanation:
work done by both is same.
work done = force ×displacement
It doesn't depend on how much time they took to lift the object.
W1=F×h
=mgh
=50×10×2
=1000j
W2=mgh
=1000j
