Answer:

5 km/h

Step-by-step explanation:

The man covers a distance of 60 km and come on his original position.

Total distance covered by the man =120 km

Total time taken =8 hrs

Now,

Speed of man win remain same because

when he go against the wind, his speed

reduced and when he go with wind his

increased with same speed of wind.

So, his speed remain same

Therefore, his speed = Distance covered /Time taken

= (120/8) km/hrs

= 15 km/hrs
