It's average speed and average velocity will be same as distance covered is same as total displacement covered because the object is going along a straight path.
Total distance or displacement,D=200m
Total time taken,t= 2min 30sec= 150secs
Average speed or velocity,S=D/t
S=200m/150secs=4/3 m/sec= 1.33333....m/sec
