Total income = Rs. 5000
Total % spent = 64 + 12 = 86%
Money spent = 86% of 5000
= 86/100 x 5000 = rs.4300
Money saved = 5000 - 4300 = rs. 700

HurricaneKartrina: plz mark mine as best n click thnk u
daisy1: K done
khwab: Total % spent = 64 + 12 = 76% not 86% and 76% of 5000 would be 3800 so Money saved would be 5000-3800 = 1200

Total income = 5000
 total expenditure = (12/100)*5000+ (64/100)*5000
                                = ((12+64)/100)*5000
                                = 86X 5000/100= Rs. 4300
So, Total savings= 5000-4300= Rs.700
