Step-by-step explanation:

for making a pie chart, we need to calculate central angles in respect of each item. the angles are proportionately calculated. First we need to check whether the total of items sum up to 1800

810+180+180+270+360 = 1800

now we will calculate central angle for each item according to its ratio to total.

Total represents 360°

Food = (810/1800*360°) = 162°

Education = (180/1800)*360° = 36°

Miscellaneous = (180/1800)*360° = 36°

Clothing = (270/1800)*360° = 54°

Rent = (360/1800)*360° = 72°

we will check if the total of angles is 360°.

162°+36°+36°+54°+72° = 360° ( so our calculation is ok)

Now to make a pie chart, we will draw a circle of sufficient radius using compass. we will draw a radius ( can draw anywhere but preferably horizontal)

now with the help of protractor, we I'll measure angles one by one and draw the lines. we can keep the items in any order.

we will name the item, its value in the corresponding sectors

our pie chart is ready.

A rough sketch is attached for reference.
