Given : a man's property of 19000 rupees is divided between his wife ,3 sons and 2 daughters.the wife gets twice of what each son gets and thrice of what each daughter gets.

To find : each daughter's share

Let each son get x Rs each and each daughter recieves y Rs each.

According to the question, the wife receives twice the share to each son , and thrice of each daughter gets, therefore the sum that wife receives is :

=> 2x = 3y .........................(1)

and

total sum is :

wife's sum + 3 son's sum +  daughter's sum = 19000

=> 2x + 3x + 2y =  19000

=> 5x + 2y = 19000

=> 5x + 2(2/3)x =19000   {using eq 1}

=>15x + 4x = 3 * 19000

=> 19 x = 3 *19000

=> x = 3000 Rs

Now using the value of x in eq 1 , e get

=> y = (2/3) x = 2000 Rs

Answer : Each daughter receives a sum of Rs 2000.
