for 12 candles,
rupees of 12 candle = 12 rupees.loss = 2.40 rupees.
for 1 candles,
rupees of 1 candle =1 rupees.loss =2.40/ 12=0.2
for 12 candles ,
rupees of 12 candle = 16 rupees.
profit price = 0.2 × 16 = 3.2 rupees.
( Therefore, man will gain 3.2 rupees.)
