A man sells a plot of land at 6% profit. If he had sold it at 10% profit, he would have received Rs. 2000 more. What is the first selling price of the land?

10% - 6% = 4%
4% = 2000
2000/4 = 500
500*6 = 3000

4%=2000
1%=2000/4
   = 500
6%=500*6
     =3000
1% of x = 500
100% of x = 500*100
                  =50000
