A man sells a speaker for Rs. 7500 at a profit of 20% and another speaker for Rs. 8100 a loss of 10%. Find his total loss or profit. Ans Profit 220​

Answer:

Profit =350

First speaker C.P=

 \boxed{ \sf \: 7500 \times ( \frac{100}{100 + 20} )}

 \sf \: 75000 \times  \frac{100}{120}

 = 6250

 \sf \: Profit =7500-6250=1250

Cost of second speaker

8100 \times ( \frac{100}{100  - 10} )

 \sf \: 8100  \times \frac{100}{90}

 = 9000

 \sf \: Loss= 9000-8100=900

 \sf \: So \:  Profit=1250-900=350
