Answer:

see it is given that he sells two chairs at rs.940 each and A.T.Q in one he gains 15%and in other he loses15% so now

let the cp be x

therefore x+x×15/100=940

x+15x/100=940

100x/100+15x/100=940

115x/100=940

115x=940×100

115x=94000

x=94000/115

x=817.3913043478

therefore approximately x=817.4

this was the gain% one

this is the loss% one

x-x×15/100=940

therefore answer will be 1105.8823529412

approx 1105.4

therefore now add both the cp

817.4+1105.9=1923.9

and

now add the sp so

940+940=1880

therefore cp>sp

so loss is there

and loss%=2.2506367275

approx loss%=2.3

see I have given at least half an hour in your answer so please mark it as the brainlieast answer and follow me

see in loss % if I would give the procedure than it would go more long so please follow the profit% one procedure and then bring the answer as I have brought above in the answer and once again please mark it as the brainlieast answer and follow me
