Answer:

\underline{\bigstar\:\textbf{According to the Question :}}

:\implies\sf Profit=8 \times Loss\\\\\\:\implies\sf (SP-CP)=8 \times (CP-SP)\\\\\\:\implies\sf (Rs.\:60\:lakh - CP) = 8 \times (CP - Rs.\:51\:lakh)\\\\\\:\implies\sf Rs.\:60\:lakh - CP = 8CP - Rs.\:408\:lakh\\\\\\:\implies\sf Rs.\:60\:lakh + Rs.\:408\:lakh = 8CP + CP\\\\\\:\implies\sf Rs.\:468\:lakh = 9CP\\\\\\:\implies\sf \dfrac{Rs.\:468\:lakh}{9} = CP\\\\\\:\implies\underline{\boxed{\sf CP = Rs.\:52\:lakh}}

\therefore\:\underline{\textsf{CP (Cost Price) of the land is \textbf{Rs. 52 lakh}}}.
