A man sold half of his land. he give half of remaining to his son and 1/3 of balance to his daughter. what fraction of his land is now left with him

the man sold half of his land so he is left with the other half

he gave half of the remaining land to his son i.e 1/4 of the total land

now he is left with 1/4 of the total land

he then gives 1/3 to his daughter

now he is left with 1/12 of the total land
