\huge{Answer}

Let his monthly salary be x

20% on children's education

=20X/100 = X520P100 = X/5

50% on food and transport

= 50X100 = X250X100 = X2

1000 on rent

=> X − X5 − X2 − 1000 = 2000

=> 3X = 30000

=> X = 10000P - X5 - X2 - 1000 = 2000

=> 3X = 30000=> X = 10000

Therefore, his monthly salary = Rs. 10,000

let the total salary be :X

money spent on education is

20x/100=X/5

money spent on food and transport

50x/100=X/2

spent on rent = 1000

x - x/5-x/2-1000=2000

3x=30000

X =10000
