A man spends 20% of his salary on house rent. After spending 25% of the remainder he has ₹4800 left. What is his monthly salary?? ​

Let the man's salary be ₹x.

Amount spent on rent = ₹\frac{20x}{100}

Amount he spent = ₹\frac{25x}{100}

Amount left with him = ₹4800

His salary

x = \frac{20x}{100}+ \frac{25x}{100} +4800\\x-\frac{20x}{100} -  \frac{25x}{100} = 4800\\\frac{100x-45x}{100}=4800\\{55x} =4800.100\\x= \frac{96000}{11}\\x= 8727.27
