Answer:

assistance receive ₹9082.5 in the year in which the profit is ₹30000

since the man invest ₹90000 in his business

intrest on capital will be paid to the man according to the question will be

90000×4.5% = 4050

the year when the profit is ₹30000

remaining profit after deduction of intrest on man capital will be (30000 - 4050 ) = ₹ 25950

since the man has agreed to pay his assistant 35 % of the remaining profit ( profit after deduction of intrest on his capital )

share of profit that assistant will get -

25950×35%= ₹ 9082.5
