              NORTH

WEST                        EAST

               SOUTH

4 Miles NORTH

Right to North means  EAST  

2 Miles  EAST  

Right to East Means SOUTH

2 Miles SOUTH ( - 2 Miles North )

Right to South Means WESR

2 Miles WEST  = ( -2 Miles EAST)

4 - 2 = 2 Miles North

2 -2  0 Miles East

Person is 2 miles North  from  Start
