Hi,

Distance travelled by bus = 50km--(1)

Distance travelled by train
= 200km---(2)

Total distance travelled

=50km+200km

=250km----(3)

i ) percentage distance travelled

by bus = [ ( 1 )/( 3 ) ] ×100

= ( 50 / 250)×100

= 20%

ii ) percentage distance travelled

by train = 100 - 20

= 80%

I hope this helps you.

:)

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Distance travelled by bus = 50km--(1)

Distance travelled by train

= 200km---(2)

Total distance travelled

=50km+200km

=250km----(3)

i ) percentage distance travelled

by bus = [ ( 1 )/( 3 ) ] ×100

= ( 50 / 250)×100

= 20%

distance covered by train= 200 kms.

% of distance covered by train= 100% - 20 %

= 80% answer
