50 distance. 100 displacement

50 distance . 0 displacement

displacement means shortest distance by which the distance can be covered . But he is on the same point so displacement would be zero.

Make sure follow me

sriti88: in second case how distance is 50
suyash6239: half round will be 50 mms
sriti88: but it is one complete round
Anonymous: both wrong

displacement (s)in half round =2*r

s=200

distance in half round=π*r=314

in complete round

s=0

distance=2*π*100=628
