Let the total journey=x
Journey by train=0.25x
Journey by bus=0.60x
Journey by walking=6km
Total distance=x
0.25x+0.60x+6=x
0.85x+6=x
6=x-0.85x
6=.15x
0.15x=6
x=6/.15
x=40

Total distance traveled=40km
Distance traveled on bus=0.6*40
=24km
