A man travels 600 km partly by train and partly by car .If he cover 400 km by train and the rest by car, it takes him 6 hours and 30 minutes . But if he travels 200 km by train and the rest by car , he takes 1/2 hours and longer. Find the speed of train that of the car.

400/t  + (600-400)/c = 6.5   ( 6 hr 30 minutes = 6.5 hr)

200/t + (600-200)/c = 7   ( 6.5 hr + 1/2 hr = 7)

200/t + 400/c = 7

200c + 400t = 7tc

Case 1 * 2 - Case 2

600c = 6tc

t = 100

Case 2 * 2 - Case 1

600t = 7.5tc

c = 80
