Answer: 3 hours and 12 minutes

Step-by-step explanation:

Case 1:

Given, total time 4 hrs and 12 minutes =4×60+12 =252 minutes and speed 44.8 km/hour = 44.8/60 km/minute

∴The distance is 252×44.8/60 = 188.16 km

Case 2:

Given, the speed 58.8 km/hour

From case 1 the distance is 188.16 km

∴The time we need is 188.16/58.8 =3.2 hours =3 hours and 12 minutes
