Dear Student,

◆ Answer -

Speed of train = 50 km/hr

Speed of car = 75 km/hr

● Explaination -

Let v be speed of the train, then speed of car is v+25.

For the train,

t1 = 300/v

For the car,

t2 = 300/(v+100)

Total time taken is -

t1 + t2 = 10

300/v + 300/(v+25) = 10

300(2v+25) / v(v+25) = 10

Solving this,

v = 50 km/hr

So speed of train is 50 km/hr and that of car 50+25 = 75 km/hr.

Thanks dear for asking..
