ANSWER -

⏩On cycle

Distance = 20km

Time = 1hr 30min = 1 1/2hr

So speed = distance / time

= 20/1 1/2

✔= 40/3 km/hr

_____________________

⏩On car

Distance = 120km

Time = 2hr

Speed = distance / time

= 120/2

✔= 60 km / hr
______________________

⏩So the ratio is

= 40/ 3 / 60

✔ = 2:9

So the required ratio is 2:9

Solution:-
given ,1st case= a man Travels on a cycle 20 km in 1 hour 30 minutes
BY cycle
speed of cycle = 20/3/2 = 40/3 km /hr

2nd case = a car travels 120 km in 2 hour
by car
speed of car = 120/2 = 60km/hr
 \bf{ratio \: of \: their} \: =
40/3/60 = 40/180 = 2/9
 \bf{both \: ratio \: = \: 2:9}
