Mass of the object is constant. it will be the same on moon. Weight of the object depends on gravity.

W = M X g ; On earth g = 9.8 so if the object weighs 20N, its mass would be

20N = M x 9.8

or M = 20 /9.8 ~ 2.041kg

Now gravity on Moon g = 1.622, therefore the weight of the same object on Moon would be

W (on moon) = 2.041 x 1.622 = 3.3105N.
