Let,

The distance travelled by train be T

The distance travelled by bus be B

Given,

The distance travelled by bus is twice as by the train

=> B = 2T

Therefore,

The total distance covered = by walk + by train + by bus = 70 km

=> 10 + T + B = 70

=> 10 + T + 2T = 70 (Since B = 2T)

=> 10 + 3T = 70

=> 3T = 60

=> T = 20

Therefore the distance covered by train = 20 km
