The man travels by train and bus distance = 70 - 10 = 60 kms.
This distance of 60 kms is travelled in the ratio 1 : 2 by train and bus respectively.
Hence distance travelled by train = (1/3)x60 = 20 kms and hence distance travelled by bus = 40 kms
