A man walks 5m towards east,then he moves 4m towards south then he moves 3m towards west again moves 2m towards north.at last moved 1m towards west .find the distance and displacement

to the east =5m

to the South=4m

to the West =3m

to the North =2m

again to the West =1m

so we add the

5m +4m+3m+ 2m+1m

= 5+4

= 9

= 9+3

= 12

= 12+2

= 14

=14+1

= 15m

he displacement = 15m
