a man walks a distance of 48km.with his normal speed in a specific time.if he walks 2km .per hour faster than his normal speed,he will perform the journey in 4hrs less than earlier time.find his normal speed​

1) normal time taken to man to covers 48km =t

2) if he walks 2kmph faster than nomal speed(V+2),

then time taken to cover the same distance = t-4

from 1,   t=48/V..................(3)

from 2,   t-4=48/(V+2)................(4)

by solving equation 3 & 4

we get      V*V+2V-24=0

                  V= 4, -6

THE NORMAL SPEED OF MAN IS  (V)=4KMPH
