Step-by-step explanation:

Time taken by man in first destination=1hr 40minutes

Distance=6km

Speed =D/T

S=6km/5/3

18/5=3.6km/hr

Then time taken by man in second destination=1hr 20minutes

D =6km

S =D/T

6km/4/3hr

9/2=4.5km/hr

Difference in speed =4.6-3.6=1km/hr

So, option a is correct
