distance covered by man at 1m/s for 1min(60sec)=1×60=60m
distance covered with 3m/s for 1min(60sec)=3×60=180 m
total distance covered =60+180=240m
total time taken=1+1=2minutes=2×60 =120 sec
avg speed =240/120 =2m/s
