Given that ,

" A man walks on a circular track of diameter 200 m "

Diameter = 200 m

We know that ,

Radius = Diameter / 2

Radius = 200 / 2 = 100 m

We know that " Displacement is the shortest distance which is difference b/w final & initial points "

So , For 1 complete round around circular track displacement is equal to zero .

For 3 complete rounds , displacement is also zero .

So we need to find the displacement for half round .

For 1 complete round , distance = 2πr = 200π

For half round distance is equals to displacement .

¹/₂ ( 200π )

⇒ 100π

314 m

So the displacement after 3.5 rounds is 314 meters
