  \underline\mathfrak{Answer}

Rs. 3724740

 \underline\mathfrak{Explanation}

Length of the rectangular wall = 400 cm

Breadth of the rectangular wall = 900 cm

Area = length × breadth

= 400 cm × 900 cm

 = 360000 {cm}^{2}

Diameter of circular wall = 126 cm

Radius = 126÷2

= 63 cm

Area of the circular wall =

\pi{r}^{2}

 =  \frac{22}{7}  \times 63 \times 63

= 22 × 9 × 63

 =  {12474cm}^{2}

Total area of the walls = 3,60,000 + 12,474

 =  {372474cm}^{2}

Cost of painting = Rs. 10 per centimetre square.

 = 10 \times 372474

= Rs. 37,24,740

Therefore, the man requires Rs. 37,24,740
