According to law of conservation of momentum
m₁v₁=m₂v₂
m₁=weight of man
v₁=velocity of man
m₂=mass of man+mass of car
v₂=velocity of car with man sitting
60× 18 = (100+60) × v₂
1080=160×v₂
v₂=1080/160
=6.75 km/hr
NOTE:
one quital=100 kg
one ton=1000 kg
m₁v₁=m₂v₂
m₁=weight of man
v₁=velocity of man
m₂=mass of man+mass of car
v₂=velocity of car with man sitting
60× 18 = (100+60) × v₂
1080=160×v₂
v₂=1080/160
=6.75 km/hr
NOTE:
