weight= mass × acceleration due to gravity
______________________________

ON MOON
w= mg
given, w=130.4 and g(on moon) =1.63
=>130.4 = m×1.63
=>m= 130.4/1.63
=>m=80
______________________________

ON EARTH
w=mg
given , g=10 , m we got from weight on moon =80
here mass will not change because it is the measure of amount of matter in a body... so mass will be the same in any corner of this universe

so...
w(on Earth) = mg
w= 80 × 10 =800 N

hope it helps you....
