momentum=mass * velocity

momentum of first man = 60*1 kgm/s

=60kgm/s

momentum of 2nd men =m*v

= 40*1.5

= 60kgm/s

so when they will collab to each other then the momentum will be 0

(60-60)=0kgm/s
