In triangle ABC and triangle xyc
According to Thales theorem
ab/xy = bc/yc
5.25/0.0175=x/x-4
5.25(x-4)/0.0175=x
300(x-4)=x
300x-1200=x
300x-x-1200=0
299x-1200=0
299x=1200
x=1200/299
x=4.0134
length of man's shadow =x-4
=4.0134-4
=0.0134
