If I am the manager of an organisation , I would use the following ways to reduce the problem of stress among the employees:
1)I will get them to be friendly and comfortable with me.
2)I will arrange hourly breaks.
3) I will make them have daily goals and monthly initiatives to make them enthusiastic towards their profession.
4)I will make sure that they could get some support from my side and develop healthy responses towards others.
I think this is enough
