The height before 3 years = 125 cm

The height after 3 yr = 125(1+20/100)(1+20/100)(1+20/100) = 125(1+1/5)(1+1/5)(1+1/5) = 125×6/5×6/5×6/5 = 216 cm

So, the present height is 216 cm.
