==> 4.8km/hr = 4.8 *(5/18) m/s ==> 24/18 m/s ==> 1.33m/s or (4/3) m/s

now ,

20m/min ==> 20/60 m/s ==> 0.33 m/s or (1/3) m/s

now in 3 seconds , tortoise completes 1 m and man completes 4 m . so difference between them is 3m. so in % ==> man is 3*100 % faster .. ==> 300% faster than tortoise
