Correct Answer --

  • 240 Tiles

{\pmb{\underline{\sf{Required \:  Solution....}}}}

Given :-

  • Dimensions of the Marble = 20 cm × 25 cm
  • Dimension of the Wall = 4m × 3 cm

To find :-

  • Number of Required Tiles

Solution :-

Rectangle (Marble tile Area)

= 25 cm × 20 cm

= 500 Cm ²

Cover of wall's Area

= 4m × 3m

= 12 m²

Convert into CM (Cover of wall's Area)

We know that ;

 \:  \:  \:  \:   \boxed {1m = 100cm}  \\  :  \implies12 \times 10 {}^{4}  \: m {}^{2}

Number of Required Tiles = \boxed { \frac{area \: of \: the \: wall \: cover}{marble \: tile \: area} }

 \implies \frac{12 \times 10 {}^{4} }{500}  \\ \\   \implies  \frac{1200}{5}  \\   \\ \implies \boxed{240}

Number of required tiles is 240 .
